This afternoon, we took part in the bird-watch to help the RSPB, by learning about the different UK garden birds. We counted how many of each type we could see at one time, then recorded the results on our tally chart. While a group were bird watching, other groups learnt more about our birds by playing a ‘top-trumps’ style game. We found the most common birds this afternoon at school were:
- blue tits
- black-headed gulls
