Our Curriculum Coverage and Overview

Over the course of the year, we work on a range of topics.

On this page you will find overviews of each of the topics in the Mundy Junior School curriculum. Also, at the bottom of the page, you will find examples of our planning for provision in the National Curriculum subject. Furthermore you may wish to download the official document outlining the official Key Stage Two National Curriculum 2014

Over the course of the year, we work on a range of topics.

Our Topics

Over the course of an academic year we work on a range of different topics. Our aim is to inspire all of our children with a wide variety of themes and add some ‘Awe and Wonder’ to their learning experience.

There are two topic cycles, as our children work in mixed year groups:

Cycle 1 (beginning September 2019, 2021, 2023)

Cycle 2 (beginning September 2020, 2022, 2024)

We follow the National Curriculum in England 2014 framework for Key Stage 2. : Key Stage Two National Curriculum 2014
